Seeing is believeing

Sounds like a religeous title of some sort doesnt it. But then climate change has been treated like religion in some quarters, with those who are believers and those who are not.
But this fanatstic talk (courtesy of TED talks) from James Balog of the Extreme Ice Survey, to use a pun, pours cold water on that idea.
Whatever we think the cause of climate change, we cannot deny its happening. Even the snow in the UK tells me that. We don’t really have any any more. I remember being snowed in as a child, now we are lucky to get enough to make a snowman.
And although not everyone is a die hard “its all our fault” environmentalist, surely all of us can see that we need to be more careful with the planet we have the joy and privialage of living on, and the environment we live as part of.
