Polenta chicken with chili lime butter

We have had people over for dinner… perfect opportunity to try something new and experiment on our guests! In this case:
Chicken dipped in flour, then egg then polenta and fried.
Marg (R is in milk free, i.e. hay fever season) mixed with fresh chopped coriander, garlic, chili, lime zest and a bit of the juice.
The picture is from the night before when I did stir fry veg in sauce – we didn’t like that so much, so the next night with guests we had the chili/lime “butter” and stir fried mushrooms and  spinach. I also did some sea bass with polenta – it was lovely but we only had a little as its so flippin expensive!
For pudding we had chocolate and raspberry brownies with the luscious Swedish glace (non dairy) ice cream. All said and done this meal got a subzero from us!
