Vegan banana and chocolate brownie

Its amazing what you can learn while digging up potatoes. I met a new volunteer at the People’s Garden yesterday and we got talking food. He mentioned that you can use half a banana instead of egg when making cake. so I thought I would have a go:
50g margarine (milk free)
100g dark chocolate chopped
125g sugar
50g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1 banana
I mixed the margarine and sugar, then the banana and then everything else, in a grease proofed dish and in the oven at 180C for 30 mins and out came…

They are very yummy. And as long as you like banana, they really do work as well as using egg. Personally I thought they had a rating of: cool.
