Pork and Rosemary
I needed a quick “proper” meal yesterday, so I poached some pork in rosemary (from the garden) and maple syrup, accompanied by mash potato with some of the cooked rosemary in it, beans, carrots and onion gravy.
We also had apple sauce, done on the hob with a cooking apple and a bit of sugar while everything else was on the go.
It all took half an hour from scratch, which meant I got to eat it in the middle of the day before i went out to work and R got it when he came home from work.
