I got my pumpkin pie recipe from the BBC food pages, and then substituted the cream with soya cream. The pie came out very well, but R and I have discovered we aren’t the greatest fans of this particular dessert – yes I said it, a dessert we are not really a fan of! I guess that’s an achievement in itself. So, if you are a lover of pumpkin pie, its just as good milk free. But for us it got a rating of – OK.
