Vegetables in a beef case
I was going to make bolognese tonight, then I thought I might make meatballs, but in the end I made vegetables in a beef case. Normally I would make this with pork mince, but I only had beef.
Its so easy, chop up and fry the veg you want, add whatever herbs and the like, plus some flour to the meat then treat it like pastry, baking it in the oven at about 200c until the meat is cooked. It gets a Foodie Cool Board rating of ok from me.
